We aim to prepare and send orders within 2 business days to get your order to you as soon as possible. Within Australia our preferred carrier is SENDLE, to support fully carbon neutral delivery service. Generally shipping takes between 2 to 10 business days depending if you are located in a major city or rural/remote area. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can track the delivery to your door.
Please ensure you enter correctly your street address and phone number for delivery as we cannot be held accountable for incorrectly entered addresses and are not accountable for freight carrier delays that are out of our control.
Shipping prices for cushions covers only

Shipping prices for cushions covers + inners
- 1 box $30
- 2 boxes $60
- 3 boxes $90
- 4 boxes $120
Please note that 1 box is able to hold up to two of our smaller cushions with inners (either 50x50 or 60x60) or one 80x80 cushion with inner - we do not vacuum seal our inners to avoid use of plastics.
International inquiries please send an email to email@example.com for an estimation of courier charges to your destination. Please note for all international orders all local customs, import duties, fees and taxes are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Orders cannot be returned to sender and House of Casa will not pay such charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay such charges your parcel may be abandoned, and House of Casa will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer change of mind returns and our products are carefully checked when packed for shipment, however if you find a manufacturing fault with your product please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of your shipment so the matter can be resolved. We will require photos and information about the damage and, once approved, will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible.
If you place an order and decide you would like to cancel the order, we may accommodate the cancellation as long as we receive notification to email@example.com of your cancellation before the order has been dispatched. If items have already been shipped, House of Casa reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service. Any monies to be returned will only be refunded using the method received.
If you receive your order and wish to exchange some items due to size choices or layering combination of designs, you have the option of exchanging the item within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Any returned item must be unused and in the original condition to be eligible for an exchange and will be subject to stock availability.
Please note that we do not cover the cost for returning your order but will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. If there is any difference in price we will arrange settlement with you prior to shipping any items.
